The daily set-up times are from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm.

Dismantling

Thursday: 12.09.2026 | 6:30 pm – 12:00 pm
Friday: 12.09.2026 | 07:00 am – 22:00 pm
Saturday: 19.09.2026 | 12:00 am – 22:00 pm

Dismantling already starts on Thursday, 12.09.2026, after the end of the event from 6:30 pm to 12:00 pm. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on site until 7:30 pm.

Set-up and dismantling passes

Access to the exhibition grounds and halls during set-up and dismantling times is only possible with a valid set-up and dismantling pass. These are free of charge and need to be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.

In addition to the information in the document ‘Information - at a glance’, please note the technical guidelines of Messe Frankfurt. These can also be found in the Exhibitor Service Portal.

The stand construction approval will take place on Monday, 14.09.2026.

A stand construction permit is required if you have commissioned your own stand builder and one or more of the following conditions apply:

• Construction height of 4 m or more

• Stand area of 35 m² or more

• Stand areas with column(s)

• Temporary structures

• Mobile stands

• Two-story stands

• Closed ceiling structures

• Platforms and stages with a height of over 0.2 m

• Glass structures

• Moving components

• Ceiling-floor connections
