The daily set-up times are from 07:00 am to 22:00 pm.

Dismantling

Thursday: 17.09.2026 | 6:30 pm – 12:00 pm
Friday: 18.09.2026 | 12:00 am – 11:59 pm
Saturday: 19.09.2026 | 12:00 am – 11:59 pm

Dismantling already starts on Thursday, 17.09.2026, immediately after the end of the event from 06:30 pm and continues until Saturday, 19.06.2026, at 10:00 pm.

Set-up and dismantling passes

Access to the exhibition grounds and halls during set-up and dismantling times is only possible with a valid set-up and dismantling pass. These are free of charge and need to be ordered and registered via the Exhibitor Service Portal.

In addition to the information in the document ‘Information - at a glance’, please note the technical guidelines of Messe München. These can also be found in the Exhibitor Service Portal.

The stand construction approval will take place on Monday, 14.09.2026.

A stand construction approval is required if you have commissioned your own stand builder and one or more of the following conditions apply:

• Stand or advertising height of 3 m or more

• Floor area of 35 m² or more

• Stand spaces with pillar(s)

• For temporary structures

• For mobile stands

• For two-storey stands

• For closed ceiling constructions

• For bridges, staircases, cantilevered roofs, galleries, inclined walls, etc.

• For glass constructions

• With horizontal stand coverings
